The Christian Response Hall of Fame

From time to time I get an extraordinary response from someone, the kind of response that makes you laugh and cry at the same time. Why? Because in them we find some of the most disturbing writing to be done in God's name. And, quite honestly, these are the people who scare me.

- Hall of Fame -

Dear Sir, if I can call you that.
I read your "Why Abortion is Biblical", and CRIED!
I'm very sorry to be affiliated with such a dimented mind.
I have been a Born Again Christain for almost 16 years, and shudder to think that you actually believe the horse hockey you wrote!

Here's my arguement. THOU SHALL NOT KILL! If God creates life, no matter if it is sustained on it's own, or needs something else to sustain it, it is still life! And killing, an unborn child is wrong! how is the name of the Lord, can you justify murder?

GOd also does not desert his people. HELLO THERE, what took place in times of Paul in prison, and so on, is over 2002+ years ago. God has not forgotten or deserted us! Just because He did not come down and say, hey buddy, here I am, look over here, does not mean that he was not with his children.

If something has cells, and blood, and flesh, and a heart, and sense of touch, feeling, and is capable of breathing, then it is life, and if your terminate it, it's murder.

I can't wait to be in Heaven when I watch your life flash before all of the masses, and I can't wait for God to judge you on this, and the fact that you are leading people astray.

I know I've not done all that I should, and that I've sinned, and definately fallen short of the golry of God, but at least I don't spread lies to people, and use bible verses to do so! Sounds to me like you are taking bible verses out of context as well.

My Gosh, you nut case, now I see you attack Focus on the Family? WHO ARE YOU????

I'm so irrate, and flabergasted, that I can't believe what you're saying!

You are a FOOL, and with that being a biblical word, I figured I'd use it!

let's go to this verse of Ecclesiastes that you SORTA quoted, let's really study it, alright.
(you make me sick!!!)

First off, it's talking about riches being meaningless. And how even if you have everything, you may not be happy. And usually those that love money, love greed, and misery.

Let's really take a look at this verse.

"A man may have a hundred children and live many years; if he cannot enjoy his prosperity and does not receive a proper burial, I say that a stillborn child is better off than he. (let's read on, shall we?) vs.4: "It comes without meaning , it departs in darkeness, and in darkness its name is shrouded. Through it never saw the sun or knew anything it has more rest than does that man--even if he lives a thousand years twice over but fails to enjoy his prosperity. Do not all go to the same place?

All right Elroy, it's saying that there is a man, who's got EVERYTHING, and he still is not happy and thankful. But then there is this child, in a mother's womb. It is content. but it's saying, that a child that is stillborn (not by a murder, but by natural miscarriage) has more inner peace and contentment than the greedy man that has everything. God is saying, that usually the stillborn is placed to rest in the dark becuase it's eye's are not working, it's dead. It never gets to have goals, or see life, or love... it never had all that can be offered, but at least it was not going to bed with a guilty conscience, and an ungreatful heart. It is in NO WAY, saying that an aborted baby is better off than a man that has everything, it's actually saying the opposite. It's saying, yeah to the stillborn, for he/she never had the chance to be a selfish pig like the wealthy man in this story, and although this man may live to be 2002 years old, he'll never rest in peace, like the stillborn child will and did!

I thought you also may like to read about your final days, dear, dear Elroy... Read Romans 1:28-32, and Romans 2:7-16... boy, does it fit you like a "T"!!!

Also, read James 2:19, please!

And as far as your views on God supporting Pornography, boy are you in denial, just so you can rationalize your sins!

Tsk, tsk, tsk.... Abashag is Solomon's wife in Song of Solomon... He was praising her, you twisted freak! The whole book is about a marriage, and it's beautiful! It also can be interpreted as Jesus Christ's love for His Church. I've read and studied that book in depth, I believe in the Marriage of Solomon and Abashag. It was a great testimony of how a marriage should be, and how beautiful Sex can be, as created by and intended for marriage by God!

You also have a paragraph that says, "It leads us to the conclusion of "if we cannot trust that God wants to kill our enemies, and abandon us, we must conclude that we cannot trust that God has defined the fetus as being human" end quote.... What Turnip truck did you fall off of buddy?

That made no sence what-so-ever!!!! for starters, how can an unborn child, be considered an enemy? After all, isn't that what you're saying in that quote? Actually you may have come up with that conclusion, (while on Drugs, I might add) but I sure did not! God also never called the unborn child a FETUS!!!! So, where did that term come from? Fetus means unborn life, get a clue! God also did not ever define the human as a fetus, either! boy, would I love to meet you!!!!

And in your verse about Elisha, um all it says is that he turned and cursed the children in the name of God. see that little dot after the word God? it's called a period. meaning end of sentence...... so, after the end of the sentence ( there was no comma, which would have us to believe that if there were a comma or semi colon or :. or; or,... then I'd believe that God sent the bears.. but it does not say that! It just says that after he cursed the children for being brats, bears came out and had lunch! Now, if you're loud enough, you'll cause a bear to get ticked off, and if they are hungry enough, then they'll eat, and attack. No where does it say that Elisha asked God to maul the children.. God loves children.

REad Matthew 5:21
Also Genesis 2:7 talks about breath of life, and God breathing life into nostrils... well, unborn baby's can breath through their nostrils, so they must be human.

If it's breathing, I feel it's life. Even if it's in the making. cells are living forms, as well.

If you step on an ant, it dies... if you pluck the head of a bee, it dies, if you shoot a dog 4-8 times, it'll die, they all breathe, they have life,,,,..... they have blood, (except the ant) and possiblly the bee) and they have brains, and life. etc etc etc Ecc 4:1-3,, let's look at your interpretation... have you ever wished death upon yourself when you're in pain, or after a stinky month at work and after torture from a ruthless boss??? You just look at things with an extremely warped unhealthy view!

I pray for your salvation! And I'm so close to vomiting, after reading your trash!

Please read the whole book of JOB.... God caused him to go through all that becuase Satan came to God and said I bet Job will denounce you and his faith in you, if I do the unthinkable to him over and over and over...

God said try it, Satan for I know that Job is my undying servant, and he will NEVER curse the day he accepted Me as Savior, nor will he curse my name, or give up his faith, to be once agian in the lap of luxury. You will not stir his faith. It may be bruised, but it will not falter. Satan said oh yeah? And God said, yeah, if you think you can try, then go for it!

LEroy, or Elroy, if you had lost all that Job did, you'd be pretty bummed.,the whole point of Job is that he never lost faith in the Lord.

And in the end, it also talks about that God was pleased, and found favor in Job, and knew that Job would not forsake Him, and he was rewarded 2-fold, and was given back everything he had lost, but received two of all, God gave him twice as much as he had before, and it states that the Lord blessed the latter of Jobs years more than they were before his troubles!

Job thought he was going to die, and could not understand why he had to see all his troubles around him.. he longed for the good he once had, for he appreciated it. He felt he was going to die, that does not mean that there is an argument for ending a pregnancy if your life won't be that of quality. For quality is what you make of it! And if you're poor, indebt, sick, homelss, or what ever, but you have the Lord, then you have a life of QUALITY, and quality of life!!!

you always say "clearly there is a strong argument" When only a Pysco would clearly see what you see!

I'm so mad, and upset with you, sir!
I tried really hard not to call you things, but at least I kept them clean, which was a really hard thing to do!

I realize that my grammar, spelling and letter context/format is not the greatest, but I had to voice my feelings, even if it meant showing a few of my faults.

After I talk with Uncle Chuck (that's Swindoll, yes, he's in my family!) I'll get back to you on my thoughts about your perverted therory's on why Focus on the family is of the devil.... HOW DARE YOU!!! WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE????

you truly make me ill.

good-bye
